A transmission system of tax accounting information of online base and a method thereof are presented to save closing time and to remove danger of error input. According to a transmission system of tax accounting information of online base, an enterprise terminal(100) or a tax accounting office terminal(200) transmits data to a meta gate(300). A data receiving part(410) receives data from the enterprise terminal or the tax accounting office terminal. The meta gate includes a data transmitter classifier part(320), encryption units(120,220) and a data transmission unit(340). The data transmitter classifier classifies data transmitters through a mapping table. The encryption units cipher the data received from the data transmitter classifier. The data transmission unit transmits the encrypted data to a finance and guarantee agency server.
