A shock-absorbing structure capable of properly dispersing load of a wearer in a footwear itself is provided. A shock-absorbing structure of a footwear sole comprises: a sole(10) including a plurality of ventholes(122) which pass through top and bottom faces of the sole and aggregate densely on predetermined areas of the sole to form buffering parts(120); and cover parts(200) which cover the buffering parts, wherein the buffering parts may be formed on at least one of a front foot part, a rear foot part and a middle foot part of the sole as portions of the sole on which load of a wearer is mainly concentrated. |
