<p>A USB memory device is presented to prevent important information stored in a memory of the USB memory device from being modulated and copied. According to a card type USB memory device, a USB connection terminal(410) is electrically connected to a computer. A first memory(440) is stored with a program ending the USB memory device automatically after a series of work. A second memory(460) stores user data inputted from the computer. A first controller(430) controls access to the first memory, and provides USB interface function to the first memory. A second controller(450) controls access to the second memory, and provides USB interface function to the second memory. A memory selection button(420) connects the USB connection terminal to the first controller or the second controller selectively.</p> |
