The device has a part defined by a rectangular shaped lower plate (9) to act as a support to a wash basin (22) by fixing the plate to an outlet plug and by fixing a cover to a flushing system tank (1) using an adjustable fixation system constituted of fasteners and a T-square shaped rail. Another part has connection elements (18) providing connection between the plug and a spillway (6) of a closing mechanism (4) connected to an upper rigid element (20) to carry out evacuation of used water from the wash basin, without polluting and modifying the tank and tank's components. The plate is made of rigid material. The upper rigid element is in a turned U shape and is constituted of two symmetrical vertical rods. The upper rigid element is made of plastic material. The connection elements are constituted by an unconstrained female nut and an adjustable and flexible conduit.
