The device has a semi-elliptical, semi-rectangular or rectangular sectional profile (1) for realizing posts, handrails, crosspieces and gate frame in manner to realize frame for barrier, balustrade, balcony and enclosure. Balusters are arranged on the profile to form bars for the barrier, balustrade, balcony and enclosure. The profile has a rectangular inner cavity (5) to insert and maintain complementary assembling units e.g. ferrule. The profile is made of aluminum or rigid plastic, and the balusters are made of molded plastic, wood or aluminum.
