A vehicle dehumidification system is provided to remove the moisture of a vehicle room by using the heat naturally generated by engine operation without generating the loss of any additional energy. A water jacket(4) has a tubular way for absorbing heat from an engine in close contact. A heat exchanger(5) is mounted on the way for circulating and cooling vehicle room air by a blower fan(31) and removes moisture by condensing environmental air. A circulation tubular way has a first tubular way(61) for supplying fluid or gas heated by the water jacket to the heat exchanger and mounted with a valve(63), and a second tubular way(62) for circulating the fluid or gas condensed by the heat exchanger to the water jacket and mounted with a check valve(64) for moving the fluid or gas in one direction.
