An excellent phthalocyanine crystal that exhibits high sensitivity and is less in the sensitivity variation by changing of humidity in use environment, thereby being suitable for use as a material of solar cell, electronic paper, electrophotographic photoreceptor, etc. There is provided a phthalocyanine crystal obtained through the step of bringing a phthalocyanine crystal precursor into contact with an aromatic aldehyde compound to thereby attain a crystal-type conversion. Further, there is provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor that exhibits high sensitivity and is less in the sensitivity variation by changing of humidity in use environment. Still further, by the use of this electrophotographic photoreceptor, there are provided an electrophotographic photoreceptor cartridge, and image forming apparatus, capable of providing images of stable quality despite changing of humidity in use environment. ® KIPO & WIPO 2009 |
