<p>A conductive ball for anisotropic conductive adhesion is provided to allow whether a conductive ball is pushed or not to be ascertained by the change of color, thereby preventing the pushing defective of a conductive ball in case of the rapid curing initiation. A conductive ball(31) for anisotropic conductive adhesion comprises a core part(10) which comprises an insulating adhesive polymer containing a pigment; and a conductive layer(20) which surrounds the outer surface of the core layer. Preferably the pigment is at least one selected from the group consisting of a dye-based organic pigment, an azo-based organic pigment, a chromate-based inorganic pigment and a sulfate-based inorganic pigment and its content is 1-3 wt% based on the weight of the insulating adhesive polymer.</p> |
