The assembly (10) has a plate (22) assembled on a side wall (14) of a reservoir (12) i.e. additive reservoir according to two distinct orientations with respect to the reservoir. The plate has rectangular shape, and is assembled on the reservoir to extend along its longitudinal direction perpendicular or parallel to the direction of the reservoir. The side wall of the reservoir is provided with connection elements (26), and the plate is provided with complementary connection elements. The connection and complementary connection elements are spread at tops of square shaped polygon.
