PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a player with an appropriate game while quickly coping with fraudulence. SOLUTION: A housing part 501 whose longitudinal and lateral lengths (opening diameter) are the almost same as the outer diameter shape of a reception antenna 331 is a recessed part of a prescribed depth formed on a side face 511 in a board case 310. Two pieces (upper and lower ones in the figure) of locking pawl parts 601 are provided near the center of an opening, column parts 602 are respectively provided on four corners of the bottom of the recessed part, and a distance d between a contact surface 601a and a contact surface 602a is almost the same as the thickness d of the reception antenna 331. A non-contact IC tag 332 is stuck to a back surface 530, and a prescribed distance D from the reception antenna 331 is maintained by the column parts 602.
