Steering wheel and steering column for the vehicle are provided to cut down the cost since the steering roll connector supplying the power to the electrical equipment of the steering wheel is unnecessary. Steering wheel and steering column for the vehicle comprise a steering wheel(100) in which the electrical equipment(110) is equipped on the top, a steering shaft(130) which is equipped at the lower part of the steering wheel in order to rotate together with the steering wheel, a shaft tube(140) supporting the rotation of the stirring shaft.
