Compounds, methods and pharmaceutical compositions for treating viral inf ections, by administering certain compounds in therapeutically effective amo unts are disclosed. Methods for preparing the compounds and methods of using the compounds and pharmaceutical compositions thereof are also disclosed. I n particular, the treatment and prophylaxis of viral infections such as caus ed by flavivirus is disclosed, i.e., including but not limited to, Dengue vi rus, West Nile virus, yellow fever virus, Japanese encephalitis virus, and t ick-borne encephalitis virus. |
