A method for preparing a cleaning blade for an image formation apparatus, and a cleaning blade prepared by the method are provided to improve abrasion resistance, thereby enhancing the cleaning power when a spherical polymerization type toner of small diameter is cleaned. A cleaning blade(10) for an image formation apparatus comprises a thermosetting elastomer composition which comprises a rubber component comprising the rubber derived from an acrylonitrile butadiene copolymer, a filler comprising zinc oxide and carbon black, and a crosslinking agent comprising sulfur and zinc sulfide, wherein the zinc oxide is dispersed as a microparticle having a diameter of 0.1-50 micrometers and the zinc sulfide is dispersed as a microparticle having a diameter of 1-500 nm.
