An adhesive for manufacturing a panel is provided to secure the adhesion part due to excellent mechanical property, optimum wetting action and open time. A two-part polyurethane adhesive comprises two components of C1 and C2. The C1 component has at least one polyol P1 containing the bisphenol-A or the bisphenol-F residue within a chemical structure; at least one polyester polyol or polyether polyol P2; and at least one heat-activation polyurethane catalyst CA. The C2 component comprises one or more polyisocyanates. The molecular weight(Mw) of the polyol P1 having the bisphenol A or the bisphenol-F residue within a chemical structure is 200 - 600 g/mol, especially, 300 - 500 g/mol. The heat-activation polyurethane catalyst CA is a tertiary amine, especially, the cyclic tertiary amine. |
