<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station and a base station control method that can permit a user which needs to be in a half-connection state to be in the half-connection state by selecting a suitable half-connection state permission MAC-ID. <P>SOLUTION: The base station includes an allocation means 37 of allocating a mobile device identifier to a mobile device 21 of the own station, a generation means 38 of generating information permitting the mobile device 21 to be in a half-connection state wherein electric power is saved while the mobile device 21 holds the mobile device identifier, a control unit 16 which transmits the generated information permitting the transition to the half-connection state to the mobile device 21, a requesting means 39 of requesting attribute information on the mobile device 21 from the mobile device 21 to which the mobile device identifier is allocated, an acquiring means 40 of acquiring an answer associated with the attribute information on the mobile device 21, and a changing means 41 changing the information permitting the transition to the half-connection state based upon the acquired attribute information on the mobile device 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
