<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an appointment inquiry system capable of knowing a customer's characteristics in advance before receiving a phone call for an appointment and an inquiry from the customer. <P>SOLUTION: When operation of making a phone call of the appointment or inquiry is performed on a customer mobile terminal 2 in the displayed state of specific store information on the customer mobile terminal 2 out of store information stored in a second storage means, a first operation signal including a customer identifier that shows which customer operated and specifying a store identifier that shows which store information is displayed, is transmitted to a center server 1. The center server 1 selects customer information including the same customer identifier and store information including the same store identifier from first and second storage means respectively, and notifies a specified mail address included in the store information, of the customer information which is the customer's characteristics. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
