<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a denture having a structure for resin-bonding a denture base with a floor. <P>SOLUTION: After a "dewaxing" process for making a sulfone denture mold, DIABOND sand is blasted to a denture body and the base of the denture body bottom so as to completely apply primer thereto, the primer is applied to the base, multiple layers of fast setting self-curing resin are applied thereon to be provided to resin-bond, an arcuate recess extended by applying pressure to the resin-bonded fast setting self-curing resin face and a fast setting self-curing connection part body exteriorly formed into a connecting projection shape are provided, a plurality of denture bodies are disposed into a U shape of the teeth shape, the fast setting self-curing resin is applied to the connecting projection face of the body to provide a connection support section, the respective denture bodies are disposed and connected into the U shape to provide an artificial tooth shape of a denture model, the body and the body are fixed into the connected state, and the resin floor is so finished that sulfone resin fills clearances of respective resin cavities and protrudingly fills the denture hook parts of the denture body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
