PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation monitoring device with a camera for easily and quickly confirming the content of a recorded photographic image by reproducing image data with a simple operation. SOLUTION: A video signal obtained by reproducing image data is output from a video output part 5 according to the input of an operation part 6 installed in a device main body 2, and a monitor M is made to display at least the recorded photographic image. Thus, it is possible to reproduce image data by a simple operation, and to easily and quickly confirm the content of a recorded photographic image without separately using a personal computer.
