PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a droplet discharge head and the like capable of changing discharging amount with a simple structure. SOLUTION: The droplet discharge head comprises: a discharge chamber 21 which has nozzles 31 discharging a liquid as droplets and vibrating plates 22 being displaced and pressurizing the liquid, and which is disposed on the channel of the liquid communicating with the nozzles 31; and individual electrodes 12 placed oppositely to the vibrating plates 22 constituting a part of the discharge chamber 21 and displacing the vibrating plates 22 through contacting and separation by generating electrostatic force between the vibrating plates 22 by supplying an electric charge. The individual electrode is composed of a first individual electrode 12A to which an electric charge from the outside is supplied and a second electrode 12B which is made of materials different from those of the first individual electrode 12A, and whose electric resistance is higher than the first individual electrode 12A, and to which an electric charge is supplied via the first individual electrode 12A.
