PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixation structure for an optical connector, wherein the optical connector can precisely be positioned when fixed to a substrate and the optical connector can be made compact. SOLUTION: The structure is for fixing the optical connector 4, assembled at a tip portion 5a of an optical fiber 5, to substrates 1 and 2, provided with light input/output terminals having optical axes oblique to the optical axis of the tip portion 5a, with a connector holder 3. At both end portions 41a of the optical connector 4, projection portions 43 are formed which project outward. The connector holder 3 has a pair of elastic holding portions 32 and 32 pressing and holding the optical connector 4 from both sides. The elastic holding portions 32 are each composed of two elastic pieces 34 and 34. The elastic pieces 34 and 34 are formed at an interval, and a projection portion 43 is engaged between them to position the optical connector. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
