PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the positioning work of a header body unnecessary in manufacturing and to reduce a dimension in an air flowing direction. SOLUTION: This heat exchanger is equipped with a tank 2 including two headers. Both cylindrical header bodies with both ends of the tank 2 opened are formed of two corrugated plate-like bodies 16, 17 having equal lengths. Each header body is formed of a valley 16b of a first corrugated plate-like body 16 and a ridge 17a and a valley 17 of a second corrugated plate-like body 17. A first slit 21 and a first non-slit part 22 are formed at to a connecting part between the ridge 16a and the valley 16b of the first corrugated plate-like body 16. A second slit 23 and a second non-slit part 24 are formed at a connecting part between the ridge 17a and the valley 17b of the second corrugated plate-like body 17. The length of the first slit 21 and that of the second slit 23 are set as 1/2 of both the corrugated plate-like bodies 16, 17. The second non-slit part 24 is fitted in the first slit 21, and the first non-slit part 22 is fitted in the second slit 23 to connect both the corrugated plate-like bodies 16, 17.
