PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating cooker using a heater for heating and cooking cooked objects as adequately as possible without lowering the output of the heater when a failure occurs in a cooling fan. SOLUTION: A control device determines a heating condition when a failure occurs in the cooling fan, from a heating possible time estimated in accordance with an in-box temperature at a failure time and a remaining time for cooking at the failure time (Step S3) when determining that the failure occurs in the cooling fan during heating and cooking by the heater (YES in Step S1), and changes a halting timing in accordance with the determination result (Steps S4, S6).
