PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lipophilic component-containing powder capable of making a lipophilic component as stable and fine emulsified oil droplets easily by a small using amount of an emulsifying agent even in a state of containing an excipient, and further effectively suppressing the oozing out of the oil even in the case of performing a secondary processing of the lipophilic component-containing powder such as consolidating/molding. SOLUTION: This lipophilic component-containing powder is obtained by drying an O/W type emulsified material containing (A) the lipophilic component, (B) an amphiphilic polymer compound containing 20 to 95 mol% constituting unit derived from an unsaturated bond-containing monomer having at least one amino group selected from primary to tertiary amino groups and 5 to 80 mol% constituting unit expressed by general formula (1) [wherein, R<SP>1</SP>to R<SP>3</SP>are each H or a 1-5C alkyl; and X is a hydrophobic group] and (C) the excipient and water, and the method for producing the same is also provided.
