PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair grower acting effectively on all users. SOLUTION: The hair grower is obtained by mixing the following ingredients with a solvent comprising 5 pts.wt. of propylene glycol and 100 pts.wt. of a hydrophilic ointment. The ingredients and their quantities are as follows: 1 pt.wt. of sialid, 1 pt.wt. of cashew, 1 pt.wt. of hoelen, 1 pt.wt. of Panax notoginseng, 0.05 pt.wt. of young deer horn, 0.05 pt.wt. of Koukujin, 0.05 pt.wt. of fodder, 0.1 pt.wt. of tranexamic acid, 0.1 pt.wt. of vitamin P, 0.3 pt.wt. of bromelain, 0.3 pt.wt. of Seaburoze-S, 0.5 pt.wt. of pueraria root, 1 pt.wt. of a liquid extract obtained by infiltrating citron seeds with ethanol, 1-2 pts.wt. of benfotiamine, 1-2 pts.wt. of taurine, and 2 pts.wt. of Muiapurama.
