PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator device capable of reducing influence of biased load generated by a suspension body without providing a special driving means. SOLUTION: This elevator device is provided with a pair of upper part guide means 6 disposed in an upper part of an elevating body frame 3 to slide and move along a guide rail 5, a movable bottom frame provided to be movable in the vertical direction via a supporting means in a lower part of the elevating body frame 3, a pair of lower part guide means 8 disposed in the movable bottom frame to slide and move along the guide rail 5, the suspension body connected to the movable bottom frame, and a recovery means for imparting recovery force to the movable bottom frame. A gap dimension between the upper part guide means 6 and the lower part guide means 8 is increased by making the movable bottom frame movable downward by suspension load of the suspension body according to a rise of the elevating body frame 3, and the movable bottom frame is made movable upward by the recovery means according to lowering of the elevating body frame 3.
