PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a synthetic resin bag with an improved convenience for a user as to a synthetic resin bag with a horizontal solid-type or flat-type butt part. SOLUTION: In forming this synthetic resin bag with a butt part, two body films front and back 1a, 1b are side sealed 2 with a gusset film 4 or no gusset film placed on both sides between the films 1a, 1b and a butt part 3 extending from the films 1a, 1b is formed as a content take out opening. A synthetic resin shape keeping tape 5 is applied along the longitudinal direction on both sides or one side of the base part of the part 3 covering the base part of the part 3 and the films 1a, 1b for maintaining a wide open condition in opening the part 3 by the tape 5. Moreover, as to the bag made of an opaque shading type film, a small window 6 is formed in either the film 1a or the film 1b near the part 3 and the window 6 is closed by tilting the part 3 toward the window 6 side.
