PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To protect a trim cover from a wire terminal by a simple constitution without processing the wire terminal of a seat frame, to improve assembling work and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: The seat frame 11 is framed with a main wire frame 20 having an in-wire bent projection 25 properly bent and projected to the inside of the frame at a prescribed point, a pad holding wire 32 fixedly combined to the main wire frame 20 by integrally connecting a wire end to the in-wire bent projection 25 of the main wire frame 20, etc., a seat pad 12 is made to project by integrally heaping up a wire end receiver 43 on a pad back surface 42 at a point adjacent to the wire end of the pad holding wire 32 at the outside of the in-wire bent projection 25 of the main wire frame, and the wire end receiver 43 is positioned at the wire end of the pad holding wire 32 and assembled to the seat frame.
