摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent formation of a liquid membrane by re-vaporizing liquid particles dew-condensed with isothermal compression by decompression before they are accumulated into a liquid membrane. SOLUTION: In this gas hydrodynamic bearing mechanism 1, gas is flown in a bearing gap between a rotary shaft 10 and a stationary sleeve 20 supporting the rotary shaft 10 by a herringbone groove 10a to smoothen a rotary movement of the rotary shaft 10. The herringbone groove 10a is provided to the rotary shaft 10 so that a pressure distribution of the gas generated in the bearing gap moves at a high speed, and the number N of the herringbone grooves 10a are formed at a position of a maximum pressure value of hydrodynamic change appearing in the bearing gap generated when the rotary shaft 10 rotates, and at an interval so that N-pieces of minimum pressure values alternately appearing with the maximum pressure values become lower than a dew-condensation pressure value.
