A cleaner is provided to be operated by an ability of collecting dust enough by a commercial alternating current voltage and a voltage of a battery. A cleaner contains a motor(20) for converting a magnetism resistance for rotating a fan(22) for collecting dust, a battery(12), a voltage conversion portion converting a commercial alternating current voltage from a power source into a direct current voltage and a motor driver(18) operating a motor for converting a magnetism resistance into a voltage of battery or a direct current voltage by one mode of a pulse trigger mode and a pulse width modulation mode according to an input state of the commercial alternating current voltage.
