A plastic film is provided to ensure low linear expansion coefficient and to obtain thin and light plastic film by adding the glass flake particles to a polymer. The plastic film is comprised of a polymer and glass flake particles which are dispersed in a polymer and have the thickness(Depth) less than 0.35 mum. The polymer is at least one selected from polyacrylate, polystyrene, polymethacrylate the polyethylene terephthalate, polyethylenenaphthalete, polyarylate, polycarbonate, cyclic olefine copolymer, poly norbornene, aromatic fluoren polyester, polyethersulfone, polyimide, polyamide and epoxy resin.
