<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrator capable of efficiently and uniformly heating a liquid in a short time and facilitating extraction of a high-viscosity liquid, and an automatic concentration system using the concentrator. <P>SOLUTION: The liquid concentration system comprises a single concentrator or a plurality of concentrators 10 for vaporizing liquid on a large number of grooves formed on the inner circumference of a pipe inside, a pressure reducing means 103 for reducing pressure in a passage inside the concentration system 1, a buffer 92 and a liquid feeding means 93 for uniformly feeding the liquid to the concentrator, a heating means 94 for executing gas-liquid separation through vaporization, a cooling means 95 for cooling evaporated and vaporized components, a concentrated liquid buffer tank 100 for collecting the concentrated liquid from the concentrators, an evaporating liquid buffer tank 97 for collecting the evaporating liquid from the concentrators, a liquid feeding means 101 for feeding the liquid from the concentrated liquid buffer tank of a reduced pressure to a storage tank 102 of the atmospheric pressure, a measuring means 205 for measuring the concentration of the concentrated liquid and the temperature of the concentrators, the passage provided with a temperature regulating function for controlling the viscosity of the concentrated liquid between the concentrators and the concentrated liquid buffer tank, and a controller section 200 for controlling the above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
