<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new container closing assembly effective to close a container. <P>SOLUTION: The closing assembly to fix contents in the container is composed of an upper closing part which can be fixed to the container and a lower closing part which is fixed to the upper closing part and can be fixed to the container, wherein the lower closing part can shows its release from the container.
