摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which grasps a temporal change in tendency of consumers' taste. <P>SOLUTION: The method analyzes tendencies of consumers' tastes on the basis of results of questionnaires about common evaluation items at the time of reference evaluation and at the time of comparative evaluation. The method generates by means of cluster analysis, the results of classification of samples to clusters at the time of the reference evaluation for the results of the questionnaires at the time of reference evaluation and then computes gravity-center positions and radii of the clusters. Then, the method generates the results of classification of samples to the clusters at the time of comparative evaluation, for the results of the questionnaires at the time of comparative evaluation, on the basis of distances to the gravity-center positions of the clusters and the radii of the clusters, and then outputs the results of the classification at the time of the reference evaluation and at the time of the comparative evaluation so that they may be compared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
