<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain motive power control reflecting the health condition of a driver, in a safety management system allowing driving restriction by motive power control of a transportation equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The safety management system is provided with a driver certification part 11 for certifying the driver of the transportation equipment; a health condition determination part 12 for measuring the blood component data of the driver certified by the driver certification part 11 and determining the health condition of the driver from the blood component data; and a motive power control part 13 for performing the motive power control of the transportation equipment based on the certification result of the driver certification part 11 and the determination result of the health condition determination part 12. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
