<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for stabilizing a fat emulsion preparation capable of avoiding that the emulsion particle diameter becomes coarse, without requiring to make the mean particle diameter of the fat emulsion preparation as especially very fine and without daring to add an unnecessary component to a living body in mixing the fat emulsion preparation with injection preparations such as sugars, amino acids, electrolytes and vitamins, and also a transfusion liquid bag suitable for the above method. <P>SOLUTION: This method for stabilizing the fat emulsion preparation is to mix the fat emulsion preparation having 0.18 to 0.35μm mean particle diameter with the injection preparations in the presence of at least one kind of vitamin selected from the vitamin Bs. The transfusion bag is provided by housing reduced sugar liquid in one chamber 3a of two chambers of which at least a part is separated by an easily peelable septum 2, and amino acid solution in another chamber 3b, blending an electrolyte in at least one of the reduced sugar liquid and the amino acid liquid, housing the fat emulsion preparation in an easily peelable small container 4 equipped in one of the chambers 3a in two chambers and blending at least one kind of vitamin selected from the vitamin Bs in any of the medicinal liquids. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
