<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fired product capable of producing a cement additive which reduces the heat of hydration of cement and has good flowability and strength developability, a cement additive obtained by pulverizing the fired product, and a cement composition obtained by adding the cement additive. <P>SOLUTION: The fired product comprises 2CaO-SiO<SB>2</SB>and 2CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-SiO<SB>2</SB>as essential ingredients and comprises 0.1-4.0 mass% of TiO<SB>2</SB>, wherein 10-100 pts.mass of 2CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-SiO<SB>2</SB>+4CaO-Al<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>-Fe<SB>2</SB>O<SB>3</SB>are contained based on 100 pts.mass of 2CaO-SiO<SB>2</SB>.
