<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a phosphor having uniform particle size and free from the residues of a copper compound added as a dopant source and a flux added in the baking of the phosphor. <P>SOLUTION: The problem is solved by a phosphor production method containing a step to dope copper to a group II-VI compound semiconductor by baking the group II-VI compound semiconductor together with a copper compound and a flux, a step to crush the baked product and a step to wash the baked and crushed product. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
