PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve securability in an antifalsification structure employing latent image therein. SOLUTION: The antifalsification structure of this antifalsification medium has a colored background region 12 and a plurality of mark parts 11, each of which has the color different from that of the colored background region 12 and is provided in a matrix form on the colored background region 12 on a sheet base material 2. In each region among regions, the latent images to be formed therein of which are different from one another, of the colored background region 12, a plurality of convexities 13 each having convex surfaces rising from some arcs on different directional sides from each other towards the center of a circular annular shape from the outer periphery of the circular annular shape with the colored background region 12 at its center are formed, while, in the remaining region, a plurality of convexities 13 each having convex surfaces rising from some arcs of the same directional sides as the latent image-forming convexities towards the center of the circular annular shape from the outer periphery of the circular annular shape with a center having the same as that of the mark part 11 are formed.
