PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To respond to non-lighting and the like of a different type of flight obstacle light. SOLUTION: The flight obstacle light status notification device includes: a means for measuring waveforms of a current and a voltage supplied to a flight obstacle light to calculate effective power; a comparison means for comparing the effective power with a threshold value; and a notification means for notifying a predetermined notification destination of a status according to a predetermined relationship when the effective power and the threshold value have the predetermined relationship. Thus, by calculating the effective power, the status of the flight obstacle light (for instance, non-lighting of one light or the like) can be appropriately detected even for a bulb type flight obstacle light or a neon tube type flight obstacle light.
