PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deterioration of accuracy in evaluated value (integral value) obtained by information within a wave detection frame of an imaging sensor even when integral word length is limited due to circuit scale constraint. SOLUTION: With respect to target data extracted by pre-processing circuits 131 (1), 131 (2) and 131 (3), bit numbers corresponding to the wave detection frame size are bit-shifted to the left by shift portions 321 (1), 321 (2), and 321 (3). After dither information is added in addition circuits 322 (1), 322 (2) and 322 (3), lower decimal bit numbers predetermined in truncation portions 324 (1), 324 (2) and 324 (3) are truncated, the results of which are integrated in integration and operation portions 133 (1), 133 (2) and 133 (3).
