PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor type device for navigation prepared to an instrument panel of vehicles to be capable of putting on and taking off navigation devices easily and of adjusting the position of a loaded navigation device diversely. SOLUTION: The floor type device includes a base, a bearer plate used for loading a navigation device, a first hinge formed on upper part of the base to rotate the bearer plate, and a second hinge used for rotating the bearer plate on a first hinge axis of the first hinge in perpendicular direction to the rotating direction of first hinge axis. Thus, because of the navigation device can be loaded and detached easily and the position of loaded navigation device can be adjusted by user, the floor type device for navigation can enhance convenience in use.
