PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a specimen in a sample to be tested obtained by diluting a biological sample with a specimen extract with high sensitivity by an immunity measurement method. SOLUTION: In this immunity measurement method, the sample to be tested is supplied for antigen-antibody reaction in the presence of hyaluronic acid. The immunity measurement method is preferably a sandwich type immunity measurement method in which a specimen contained in a sample to be tested is sandwiched between a first antibody and a second antibody, especially preferably an immuno chromatography measurement method. Hyaluronic acid membrane may be contained in a specimen extract liquid for obtaining a sample to be tested supplied for immunity measurement by diluting the picked biological sample or a development solvent used in immuno chromatography measurement, and it may be impregnated in the freezed and dried state in an impregnation member in order to be fed to the extract liquid or a development solvent or disposed in membrane carrier for chromato to be used.
