PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation analysis program and an analysis control apparatus when blowing diluted gaseous fuel into a sintering machine, which are used for operating the sintering machine effectively for manufacturing high-strength sintered ore in high yield. SOLUTION: The program for analyzing the operation of the sintering machine when diluted gaseous fuel is blown into the sintering machine includes: a step (a) of preparing a mesh so that thermo-fluid analysis can be calculated by a finite volume method and storing boundary condition set data to be used for the calculation in cells of the mesh; a step (b) of storing initial value input data for the calculation; a step (c) of calculating the analysis of the mixing behavior of fuel gas with air by the finite volume method on the basis of the boundary condition set data and the initial value input data; and a step (d) of outputting a fuel concentration distribution on the surface layer of a sintered raw material layer as a calculated result and accumulating the output results. The apparatus for analyzing and controlling the operation of the sintering machine uses this program and controls the operation of the sintering machine. COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT
