PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mass spectrometric device lowering energy of measuring light, and performing highly-sensitive mass spectrometry. SOLUTION: This mass spectrometric device 1 is equipped with an optical resonator equipped successively with a first reflector 10 which is partially transparent and partially reflective, a transparent body 20, and a second reflector 30 having reflectivity. A sample in contact with the surface 1s of the first reflector 10 is irradiated with measurement light L1, and an analyte S for mass spectrometry included in the sample is desorbed by utilizing an electric field on the surface 1s of the first reflector 10 intensified by resonance generated in the optical resonator.
