1,256,604. Clutch combination. INTERNATIONAL STANDARD ELECTRIC CORP. 4 Dec., 1969 [10 Dec., 1968], No. 59280/69. Headings F2C and F2Q. In the drive for a control device, e.g. a programme switching device including two different mechanisms, a single electric motor drives both mechanisms through two oppositelyacting one-way clutches so that reversal of the motor automatically disconnects the drive from one mechanism and connects it to the other. As shown, a driving wheel 9 carries gear-wheels (10), Fig. 2 (not shown), and 11 fast therewith and meshing planet wheels 12, 13 freely mounted eccentrically on output wheels 14, 15. The teeth on wheels (10), 11, and 12, 13 are formed so that relative rotation therebetween is allowed in one direction of rotation only. In one direction of rotation of wheel 9, wheels 11 and 13 lock together and wheel 15 is driven with wheel 14 stationary. On reversing wheel 19, wheel 14 is driven. |
