A process of obtaining a hydroperoxide solution by a high selectivity, a high concentration and a non-corrosive is provided to supply a new catalyst and to obtain the hydrogen peroxide by reacting oxygen and hydrogen with the catalyst. A catalyst for obtaining a hydrogen peroxide is supported in SiO2 of which an acid group is combined in a surface and is acted. One or more metals selected from a periodic table of 7 - 11 groups are included in the catalyst. The metals are a palladium, platinum, silver, gold, a rhodium, iridium, a ruthenium, an osmium or a combination thereof.
