A method for combining/displaying Korean alphabets is provided to express all of the basic vowels and consonants by five basic unit characters of 'eu', 'I', virgule, reverse virgule and 'ieung'. A method for combining/displaying Korean alphabets expresses all of the vowels and consonants of the Hangul alphabet by the combination of one or more selected basic unit characters in accordance with the order of making strokes. The five basic unit characters of 'eu', 'I', virgule, reverse virgule and 'ieung' are respectively marked on buttons(10) of a keyboard(20) of a portable phone, a wireless telephone, a wired telephone or a TV remote controller.
