A method of eliminating the vibration interferences of a sphygmomanometer is provided to obtain accurate result by removing error due to the interference of vibration. A method of eliminating the vibration interferences of a sphygmomanometer is comprised of step: turning on a sphygmomanometer(S01); confirming whether a vibration generated when an acceleration sensor(20) of the sphygmomanometer measures the blood pressure exists within the range value, and if vibration exceeds the tolerance range value, it progresses a step(S03). If not a step(S04); calculating interference distorted wave based on the voltage-time variation wave, measured by acceleration sensor, through a transfer function(S05); removing a corresponding interference distorted wave from a voltage - time variation waveform(S06).
