A processing method of polyester-spandex yarn dyeing textile is provided to remove efficiently disperse dyes not adhered and existing in a surface and an epidermis layer of two-way dyeing textile and to improve a washing durability of the two-way dyeing fabric. A processing method of polyester-spandex yarn dyeing textile comprises steps of: reduction-cleansing the polyester-spandex yarn dyeing textile darkly colored using disperse dyes by medicine for reduction-cleansing; and adding and dispersing an organic solvent into the medicine for reduction-cleansing. A content of the organic solvent into the medicine for reduction-cleansing is 1~5 g/L.
