A selecting apparatus of out of order - seal providing is provided to increase work efficiency by preventing seal supply inferiority in advance. A selecting apparatus of out of order - seal providing detects waterproof seal supply inferiority from a waterproof seal supply unit(4) to a waterproof seal separation unit(21), which supplies waterproof seal from the seal supply unit to a rail, on which a penetrated through-hole(23) is formed at lower part between two rails. On top of the rail, a support plate has the incline(28) of which end part is inclined and is fastened with a bolt.
